How North Florida Retail Buildings works
What this is
North Florida Retail Buildings matches property owners with a builder as an independent service; it does not build and carries no contractor license of its own. Submitted requests are routed to one partner steel building contractor operating in North Florida, who will reach you, put a price on the building and handle construction under its own contract and license. This site may be paid by the contractor for any request that ends in a job. Sending a request costs nothing and does not tie you to a purchase.
How it works

They review the site and the street presence you are after, then price the steel, the storefront and facade, and any site work or tenant finish you want in the contract.

Settle the scope before anything is ordered
Set the proposal beside other bids for the same building and finish level. The builder orders steel and starts work only once you sign their agreement.
